Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SIM Owner Details ("we", "the app") handles information when you use our Android application. Your trust matters, so the policy is written in plain language. By installing or using the app, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data to us. More precisely:
- Search queries. When you search a mobile number or CNIC, the query is sent to our online lookup service and returned with public directory data. We do not maintain an account of your searches.
- IP address checks. The "Check IP" feature sends a request to third-party IP services (ipwho.is, ipapi.co, ipify) to show your connection details. These providers see your IP as part of serving the request.
- Location. The "Live Location" and "Device Info" features read GPS coordinates or device identifiers on your device only to display them or open Google Maps. Location data never reaches our servers.
- Device information. Network type, battery state, OS version and hardware specs are read locally to display them to you. They are not transmitted anywhere.
2. Advertising & analytics
We monetise with Google AdMob, which serves banner, interstitial, rewarded and native ads:
- AdMob may collect your device's Advertising ID, approximate location, IP and interaction data to select ads.
- We have configured AdMob for non-personalised ads where consent is not given.
- Collecting, deleting or resetting the Advertising ID is handled in Android Settings → Google → Ads.
- Google's use of data is governed by its partner policy.
3. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a minor has provided data through ad partners, ask their parent or guardian to reset the device Advertising ID.

5. Data storage & security
- Saved search reports (PDFs) are stored only on your device and can be deleted any time.
- Favourite packages, Pro badge and app settings are kept in local device storage.
- All network traffic uses HTTPS. No plain-text credentials are sent.
6. Third-party services

- Google Maps & WhatsApp — opened only when you tap their buttons
7. Your rights
- Reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android Settings.
- Delete saved PDFs in-app or from device storage.
- Request removal of contact requests sent via WhatsApp by messaging us.
