These terms govern your use of the SIM Owner Details Android app. By installing or using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

1. Nature of the service

The app displays records aggregated from publicly available and user-contributed sources. We do not create, edit, verify or guarantee any record's accuracy, and claim no ownership over the data shown.

2. Lawful use

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You may not use it for stalking, harassment, discrimination, spam, fraud, debt collection or any activity violating Pakistani or international law. Unauthorised commercial resale of lookups is prohibited.

3. No government affiliation

The app is independently developed. It is not affiliated, endorsed by or connected with PTA, NADRA, telecom operators or any government body, despite the public nature of the data.

4. Accuracy & availability

• Records may be outdated, incomplete or wrong.
• Search results are shown "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Availability depends on upstream data sources; features may change or stop without notice.

5. Advertisements & Pro badge

The app shows Google AdMob ads. A "Pro" status earned by rating or watching rewarded ads only removes future unlock tasks — it does not remove ads, and it is not a paid subscription. Abuse of the reward system may reset progress.

6. Intellectual property

The app name, logo, design and code belong to the developer. Third-party trademarks (Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone, PTCL) belong to their owners and are used descriptively.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app or reliance on its data.

8. Third-party links & ads

Ads, WhatsApp, Maps and the CNIC portal are third-party services governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their content.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
